Processing Times
Orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods or new product drops, please allow extra time for processing.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping
We currently ship to most countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of the expected delivery date, contact us at golf@sliceandriot.com and we’ll help investigate.
